"Maharani"

2008 Collection

Queen of India, Laxmibai of Jhansi or "Maharani" a truly inspiration. She was born around 1830 into a wealthy family. She was a warrior during her time and even though she is going to a battle, vanity is still her priority. She wore beautiful outfits that mostly have dripping element. One of her outfit that inspired me to create this collection is her dripping pant. That dripping pants which have the cowl element drove me to create this "Maharani".....
A collection that combined the elements of embellishments and dripping...
